An identification of values and practices which are characteristic for organizational culture and reinforcing certain knowledge strategies is the main goal of this article. Such assumptions brought the need for precise definition of 'knowledge strategy' concept. Knowledge strategies most accurate to different arts of knowledge are also identified. Moreover, this paper proves a vital importance of organizational culture, its values and practices. Therefore, an opinion about crucial aspect of conscious construction of cultural values and practices that strengthen the certain strategies of knowledge is fully justified. At the same time, this disproves one, universal knowledge management model perfect for any business culture.
