China's economic transformation is creating a need for the development of modern management methods and techniques. Among the internal organizational changes taking place in companies operating in China, a key role is played by consideration of and the molding of organizational culture supporting implementation of the company's strategic targets. Changes in organizational culture also determine the selection of methods and actions in the realm of human resource management. The presented article depicts the way of conducting changes in organizational culture and its impact on actions in the area of human resource management using the example of international companies in China.
