The article deals with the typology and prospect of Ukrainian linguistic-national development against the background of the corresponding situations of some former so-called incomplete European languages wich acquired now their completeness. The importance of the problem lies in that the formation of Ukrainian ethnic and political nation, soul of Ukraine, is impossible without spreading of Ukrainian as official, ethnic and inter-ethnic language in Ukraine. This depends, in turn, on the number of wide political-economic, cultural and social problems and can be solved only in their connection. Five concrete conditions of solving such a task are presented.
