The problem of unevenness of formation and allocation of the population incomings in different regions of Ukraine was examined as a source of threat to the society's social safety. The indices of differentiation of incomings by regions of Ukraine were presented and reasons, which considerably influence the redistribution of revenues and sharpen social contradictions, determined.
