Taking into account the complexity and high costs of ERP system implementation a question arises; what can be done in order to minimize failure risk? There is no one unique approach to this issue and IT companies offer numerous solutions. Based on own practical experience, the authors of the study introduce some clues to implementation of the ERP system, taking under consideration particular stages in project cycle.
