Internet enterprises should apply modern research methods in order to determine the character of planned net undertaking, as well as implementation possibilities. 'Net-readiness' seems to be a good tool for detemiination of the companies' position on the e-market. E-Business value matrix enabling analysis of potential net undertakings belongs to key elements of Net-Readiness strategy.
