A concept of interactionality of education is introduced in the article. It is based on the assumption that interactionality means more than interaction. As an attribute of education it also means taking into account knowledge, beliefs and emotions of the others as well as openness to their perspectives. Variants of interactionality in everyday pedagogical practice are connected with a conception of somebody's mind. Variants of interactionality of education described in this article are derived from systematization by J. S. Bruner that details four models of child's mind: child as an imitative learner, child learning from didactic exposure, child as thinker, child as knowledgeable.
