In 2007/2008 a group managed by Professor Rafal Krupski did empirical research sponsored by the government. The main purpose of the project was verification of chosen strategic and operative instruments in practice. The project was entitled 'Modern management's tools'. The article presents the results of this research in business risk management area, related to Polish enterprises.
