The main objective of this article is a presentation of the main rules of creating a controlling solution in a company. In particular a term of creating, as well as its rules and stages of proceedings are presented. One can find theoretical and practical possibility of using controlling information system in his company. He has particularly remember that the deciding factor can be a company size and financial capabilities.
