The article presents research explaining the entrepreneurial intention based on the Theory of Planned Behavior. The research's findings confirmed the usefulness of the model in explaining the entrepreneurial intentions in students from Poland and Spain. The subjective norm was the significant predictor of the entrepreneurial intention only in Spanish students, attitudes and perceived behavioral control - in both countries
