The phenomenon of information overload is a natural consequence of growing amount of information. The cost of its distribution constantly decreases, however, the capabilities of information processing by human brain have not increased significantly in the course of past decades. Despite that, modern education institution are still organized in such ways as if people who were using them felt a deficiency of information and the role of those institution was fulfilling their demand for information. Reality requires from an education institution something else - namely, conveying diverse skills of information processing.
