The Methodical Aspects of Designing Personnel Strategy in Medical Service Sector Units

Changes taking place in the Polish health care system force a need for entities operating on the medical service market to adapt new management methods. Thus, the guiding objective of this article is the development of a set of methodological indicators for the design of personnel strategies in medical service sector entities. This target was achieved by subdivision into individual phases of the strategic personnel management process, specifically: identifying the strategic aim of personnel management, strategic analysis, implementation, and strategy monitoring.
