The National Széchényi Library and Integra Co. will soon celebrate the 10th anniversary of their cooperation. The development of the BOOK-DREAM interlibrary loan administration system started in 1994. The system has proved highly efficient, as 80% of the interlibrary loan requests are currently sent via the web, and this is the most visited section of the National Library's website. One of the most important factors of the success is that the system developers have received continuous professional support from experts of ILL working at the National Library, the main user of the service.
