In this article attention is focused on the interests of contractors of tasks as part of nonworker employment. Basic conditions for the accomplishment of interests of contractors' of tasks in the flexible model of employment are presented. The analysis of the opinions of those contractors who work for fee-for-task agreement and a contract for a specific task reveals significant problems in the accomplishment of their interests, connected mainly with the lack of an employment contract. It is expected that the scale and significance of these problems could be the impulse to change the present system of labour law.
