The main dilemma in the realm of 'social responsibility' of economic organizations is the choice between a strategy aimed at maximizing profits and one that targets services for the good of stakeholders and the social community in the environment. Researchers are concerned with the typology of the objects of social reactivity and responsibility as well as ethics. What is important is ways of implementing principles of ethics and social responsibility in companies within the framework of human resource management
