Transport by water and cruising seem to regain importance and popularity in Hungary, which results in growing interest in related information. However, library reference services have not concentrated sufficiently on the subject of shipping over the past decades, so the author of this study makes an attempt to fill the gap. The study provides a comprehensive guide to the most important Hungarian information sources related to ship transport available on the Internet. Sources are displayed by category, and in most cases are followed by short annotations.
