The aim of this paper is to describe training outsourcing and to present it as a form of excelling personnel training in an enterprise. Some personal functions may be efficiently outsourced causing only a short-term inconvenience for the whole enterprise or its particular division. Staff training belongs to personal functions suitable for outsourcing practices.
