The aim of this article is to present the new paradigm of manager development based on the application of advanced information technology. This phenomenon makes its appearance as a result of the development of a knowledge-based information economy as well as challenges relating to managing society's potential. The article presents modern methods for developing managerial staff, taking into account e-learning, its evolution, forms, techniques, and assessment of applicability. The new paradigm of information technology based manager development is becoming prerequisite to the success of the managerial staff of the contemporary organization.
