The author presents relevant information about the situation of the Catholic Church in Slovakia in the period of communist enslavement. Conciliar renewal was possible only on the basis of the activities of small communities, and among them a community 'Light-Life' of. Fr. Franciszek Blachnicki. In Slovakia, this community, led by Fr. Michael Zamkovsky, today assumed the name 'River of Life' and continue working. The principle adopted from the Fr.
