Contemporary approach to organization management requires taking a different point of view than just several years ago. Key advantages are essential. The main part of key advantages is played by competent and experienced employees, who posses deep knowledge about the organization. It is very important to make a good use of this knowledge and take action aimed at satisfying the employees. What can help is to survey their opinions, use and present the results. The author's own research shows that despite its usefulness and numerous advantages, employees' opinion is rarely utilized in Poland.
