Shaping organizational culture - contemporary challenges

Contemporary challenges faced by management in organizations, particularly from a perspective of shaping organizational cultures, are connected with knowledge management as well as stimulation of positive potential of organization. On a basis of empirical study the authoress puts argument that organizational culture fulfilling such requirements should be built on such elements as mutual trust, openness for environment and small need for personal power. Coming off the survey tools for shaping mentioned attitudes are also presented in the article.
