The main purpose of this consideration is to demonstrate, that the contradiction between spiritual love and the Old Testament God's Law seen from the philosophical point of view does not exist in the Christian perspective. In the Kantian practical philosophy it is impossible to explain rationally a collision between Christian love and justice. The Old Testament Law, the exponent of God's Justice, put too high moral demands on human being in order to fulfil them with the human powers. According St. Paul the Apostle Jesus Christ perfectly fulfils the Law and He mediates between God's Law and man's existence. In the 'Acts of Love' S. Kierkegaard demonstrates the entire process of law creation and indicates all inadequacies of law projects in relation to concrete personal features of individual. These projects suppose the existence of a general abstract man. Even most detailed legal articles are not able to describe all dissimilarities and peculiarities of concrete individuals. In practice, legal article inadequacies manifest themselves both as an experience of law severity and the reasons why law appears as a severe judge who condemns. Kierkegaard says, the law stays on the side of death, not life. Only spiritual love is able to fulfil demands of the Law and at the same time to meet the concrete requirements of individual determination. Law is an empty form filled by love. That is why this latter is not any abolishment of law but its strongest confirmation. Jesus Christ as a Perfect Man is the highest Explanation of this fundamental relation between love and justice and allows to reconcile moral law with spiritual love.
