The ability to adapt to a change is the most important skill of contemporary enterprises. Implementing changes is not an easy task and very often it comes to a grief. One of the reason of failure is the corporate culture which is neglected in a change program. Corporate culture is being created for many years and it is impossible to change it rapidly. The change process should involve the simultaneous corporate culture change. Diagnosis of current corporate culture is the main phase in corporate culture change process. The article includes review of corporate culture classifications, which was prepared as a result of literature studies.. The diagnosis of current culture should be completed by definition of ideal culture and the gap between a current and needed state. This paper shows which corporate culture support changes in organization and how to conduct changes of corporate culture successfully.
