Participative Method in Diagnosing Organizational Culture

The article presents authors' practical experience in applying a participative method to diagnose organizational culture. In case of participative method it is assumed that employees prepare a project of organizational culture and present it to the Board for approval. The method provides that the staff have their participation in management and therefore exert a greater influence on their company. Particular stages of the project and results of its introduction are described in the study.
