In sociology, particularly in sociology of work, there is a very important question of improving the work output in such a way that both the prosperity of the firm and employees' job satisfaction would be secured. The interest taken by management in employees is one of ways leading towards a success of the firm. A very specific role in shaping employees' attitudes is played by the so called humanisation of work, being a very important factor of employees' motivating, connected with the theory of human needs
