Mega-values in Enterprise and the Organizational Culture

Vision-oriented enterprises which are able to generate above average results in the long-term period seem to have common mega-values. They are focused on progress, accept great challenges. The degree of saturation of activities with mega-values favourably influences the organisational culture. The author illustrates this thesis on the example of the VW Motor Polska.
