In this article the author presents the main issues connected with the electronic invoicing in Poland. The level and the process of implementation of e-invoicing in Polish conditions is shown on the basis of the research in European countries. The author presents Polish legal regulations, technical solutions and also the nearest future of e-invoicing in Poland.
