The problems of controlling innovation process efficiency at enterprise are considered in the article. Theoretical bases of technical and economic forecasting of innovation processes are cleared up. Special attention is given to the problems of organization of innovation process at enterprise. New approach to value of economic efficiency of innovation projects is offered as way to solving these problems.
