Learning capability is currently recognized as one of sources of competitive advantages. The article presents the findings of the study focused on the relations between learning capability and market orientation. The authoress makes an assumption that learning capability can be important factor supporting market orientation, because it allows to recognize the changes in environment and to draw conclusions that are crucial for survival and development of organization.
