The purpose of this article is the presentation of the results of the research on training needs of the real estate market. The research was coordinated by company Dom Szkolen i Doradztwa from Cracow. The research is supposed to help this company to seek directions of the development of its activities. Therefore, a summary of the article is the number of strategic implications for the company offering training services on this market.
