The features of development of the land relations in Ukraine have been analysed. Basic principles of land market adjusting in the industrially developed countries have been studied and it is considered to adopt them in domestic practice. Directions of the rent relations adjusting in the conditions of reforming of the administrative-territorial system have been substantiated.
