The cost is a sublime, complicate, and transcendent device, both calculating and considering. It consists of set of human consciousnesses in which it is placed. It is a special method of organization of economic intellect, of noo-sphere in the whole, or more precisely of anthropo-sphere. It enables specifically to organize an economy and all of human life. So the main thing in economy is metaphysics, but not physics. Hence the philosophy is more important than science regarding the comprehension of essence and secret of economy. These reasons became a presuppositions of the discourse at the Round Table devoted to philosophy of financial civilization.
