The main task of this article is to show the dilemmas and limitations related to the individual feeling of subjectivity represented by managers of international firms. A better development of small and medium international firms in the Lubuskie region may create good work conditions for well educated Polish managers. They demand not only well paid jobs, business cars and mobile telephones. They have to feel they are treated as individuals. The conditions of work created for them should help them to achieve their own success as well as profit both for the firm and for them.
