The paper presents results of research on how youth perceives various social acts. The perception was mirrored in moral evaluation of behavior (describing the level of condemnation and the harmfulness of the act) as well as the level of rigors. The analyzed behavior was divided into that related to morals, religion, politics, nationality issues, and anti-social attitudes. The study involved students of a technical and a vocational school as well as youngsters from a detention center. The level of condemnation, the harmfulness of acts and the rigors of the youth was determined depending on their life context. The research showed greater rigors and a higher level of condemnation of social acts in students who have not violated the law than in the case of those who have.
