Bosnia-Hercegovina has received a lot of attention again recently in the world leading headlines. But this time fortunately, it was good news - unlike in the past - from the Balkan country. The world famous Old Bridge in Mostar and the inauguration ceremony of the bridge on 25 July, 2004 made the headlines. The sight of the beautiful bridge over the Neretva river suggested that things were going well again or at least the country is on the right track. Is it really so? This article is trying to answer the question, sketching the success of the Bosnian peace process and dilemmas connected to it.
