This text poses questions on the relations between geographical places and literary texts in which such places have left their traces. The author attempts at examining to what an extent Juliusz Slowacki's visit to Pornic was an act of being there, in a real historical venue, and to what an extent, in a linguistically (literarily) produced and figured-out reality.
