4business&people Sp. z o.o. (Ltd.), an implementation company, conducted research into psychological toughness and resistance using the Mental Toughness Questionnaire by 48 AQR Ltd. The study contains an exceptionally interesting relation between the psychological toughness and resistance of employees and their position in the organizational structure, describing the difference between the sexes while noting the differentiation between administrative and sales positions.
