The article comprises of the part of the awarded MA thesis Informetric analysis of an Open Access electronic journal - 'The EBIB Bulletin' example. The author discusses informetric analysis of this journal, its history and contents. She presents informetric and webometric data as well as statistics of visits, which prove that 'The EBIB Bulletin' is a high quality journal of national range, influencing strongly the LIS professions.
