Abstracts
The article addresses the problem of popular in the literature and - at the same time - artificial distinction between the 'formal' and 'nformal' economy. It also discusses why analyses of the grey economy shall not be limited to labor market, showing that individual activities in various dimensions of the informal economy are correlated. The author, using factor analysis, shows to what extent individuals are engaged in the informal exchange of goods and services, and what is the relation between the engagement and the lifestyle in contemporary Poland.
