The aim of this publication is to present the quality and quantity aspects of staff of labour force administration. The study in question is an attempt to analyze factors that determine an effective execution of tasks imposed on employment services. Among them are the following: the level of education of public employment services workers, their advanced training and the access to services rendered by them by means of assurance of the proper level of employment, particularly in case of such positions as employment adviser and employment exchange adviser. The analysis above is supported by the data of the recent five years. The authoress emphasizes that employing professional staff and providing common access to the labour administration officials are to be given priority by the authorities.
