Abstracts
The problem of the work-life balance is considered since the beginning of the 90's of XX century. It appeared in the United States, due to willingness to stop the group of employees (mothers with children) on the labour market. Nowadays, the work-life balance programs are addressed to employees, to whom the quality of their life is important. The article presents organisational aspects of work-life balance and characterizes the key elements of work-life balance programs.
