This issue of 'Studia Migracyjne - Przeglad Polonijny' contains papers presented at the third workshop 'American Ethnicity: Rethinking Old Issues, Asking New Questions'. The workshop took place in May 19th - 20th, 2008, at the Institute of American Studies and Polish Diaspora of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, and was supported by the Immigration and Ethnic History Society (USA). The previous workshops were organized in 2004 and 2006, and the next one is planned for May 2010.
