These graffitis are fragments of post-modern scientific thoughts on life and nature. At first semantic studies are launched in philosophy and sociology, and finally in the systems theory of sociology. Fragments of bio-sociology and a brief dispute with the Gaiahypothesis build a bridge to the topics of nature, the protection of nature and gene technology. These topics are critically analysed. Finally, a hypothesis is built on the 'third globalisation', meaning the beginning of a 'biotic' phase after the political and economic developmental phases of global society, which would be characterised by ecology and post-material sociality. The question is put: would post-global knowledge society favour knowledge on life?
