Abstracts
This article defines the concept of highly-effective SHRM. It presents a table demonstrating the links between selected strategies and risk, as it is risk that (like the costs of quality) can increase or decrease the effectiveness of SHRM. A way for calculating the worker retention indicator-a measure of effective SHRM - is also presented.
