The author examines the sense of the existential judgement of God. The presented research leads to a conclusion that it does not exist a possibility of making a good construction of the negative existential judgement of God, which would be meaningful in the light of the analytical theory of significance. Nevertheless, a well examined negation in this judgement does not relate to the real existence of God, but to His existence in the definite way, or to His possession of some attributes. It means that the negation is not absolute anyway. However, if we suppose that the negative existential judgement of God denies the idea of God, by this solution- it excludes the use of the analytical theory of significance and leads to receiving a pragmatic theory.
