The article presents the Spanish-Polish comparisons of social axioms dimensions and preferred love styles. The survey tries to link different research streams: social axioms (Leung & Bond, 2001, 2004) and love styles (Hendrick & Hendrick, 1986) and tries to answer the question about their relationships. The authors of Social Axioms Survey questionnaire (Leung & Bond, 2001) suggest that social axioms, which are generalized beliefs about social live belong to five pan-cultural dimensions: Spirituality, Fate Control, Social Cynicism, Reward for Application, Social Complexity. This survey contains comparisons of Polish (N=87) and Spanish (N=89) students concerning social axioms. Additionally, in order to verify functional aspect of social axioms the Love Attitude Scale (Hendrick & Hendrick, 1986) were applied. The results show important multicultural differences in social axioms dimensions and no differences in love styles. High scores on some of social axioms scales are predictors for some of love styles.
