The text issue is analysing the definitions of organic structure, virtual corporation and network structure, done according to the method of text analysis. It is shown that many of the definitions' description features are similar. Eg. limited and changing formalization, limited centralization, developed specialization of work and leadership as control and coordination method - are used in both virtual corporations and network structures. The organic structure definition is similar to the two mentioned only in few compared elements, such as leadership, avoiding high formalization level and decentralization. The analysis indicate the important differences: there are low work specialization level in organic structures, as well as high organization ties lasting and simple communication system. The structures may be called simple and elastic decentralised structure, while both virtual corporations and network structures are characterized by developed ties and technologic (information) advance, with elasticity and decentralisation of decision process.
