Multilevel Identification of Training Needs as a Research Method for Analyzing Work Systems

The key element of the labor system created by a company is the employee and his or her competencies. A significant way to increase staff competencies is investment in training. The objective of this article is the presentation of a tri-level method for identifying the real training need of employees and indicating proposals for tools and techniques that can be used at each of the described levels.
