A trainer working with adults ought to know the rules of adult education as well as to know how to use them in practice, which would undoubtedly facilitate achieving training goals. The author of the article refers to the history of research on adults' learning capabilities and presents the methodological guidelines for the specificity of adult education and adopting proper methodological solutions.
