While the management sciences are not the independent field of the science, they should be placed, as the science discipline, in economics. Management sciences should be excluded from humanities. The sciences of management should include the Public Management - despite the large differences to what our predecessors understood and what we still understand as 'an organization and management science', presently defined as 'the management science'. There should be considered an introduction of several management disciplines in place of economics. A suggestion of establishing a management science as a separate knowledge discipline requires much thought. Above all, the worldwide changes should be taken into account, not only a present situation on Polish universities.
